1. Purpose
These general terms govern the use of the MediTravel Solutions website and the provision of our medical and tourism coordination services.
2. Nature of our services
MediTravel Solutions is a coordination agency. We are neither a healthcare facility nor a medical practice. Medical procedures are performed exclusively by partner surgeons and clinics, acting under their own responsibility.
3. Quotes
Issued quotes are valid for 30 days. They include all detailed services (procedure, stay, transfers, follow-up). No additional fee is charged outside the services explicitly mentioned as "optional".
4. Booking
Confirmation of a quote requires a 30% deposit by transfer or secure card. The balance is due upon admission to the clinic. Interest-free payment in 3 or 4 installments is available up to €6,000.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation up to 21 days before admission gives rise to a full refund of the deposit. Between 21 and 7 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. Less than 7 days, the deposit is fully retained except in cases of duly justified medical force majeure.
6. Post-operative follow-up
All our patients benefit from free teleconsultation follow-up for 12 months after the procedure. In the event of complications requiring revision surgery, MediTravel Solutions covers your return to Tunisia under conditions specified in the care contract.
7. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Tunis.
